Dan Cowart has always had a deep love of the land and its meaning to us.
As a young man Dan wandered the hills of central Texas on many outdoor adventures that endeared him to the land even more as he grew up.
Raised in the landscaping business and later in the cabinet business, Dan gained much experience with dealing with people and different types of work situations and challenges.
Starting a new lumber and milling company in 1991 with his wife Lisa, that experience grew more over the years. During the 21 years of the lumber business, Dan and Lisa purchased and developed numerous properties and started gaining knowledge of the local real estate values and market. Dan sold his lumber and milling business the same year he obtained his real estate license, in 2013.

Dan and Lisa have been married 39 years and have been blessed to raise 4 grown children that are, hard working, successful, and on their own now.
